These terms govern your use of Train. By using the app, you agree to them. If you have questions, contact us at info@trainstrengthapp.com.

By downloading, installing, or using Train, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.
Train is operated by Train Coaching Limited. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Train Coaching Limited, governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Train offers auto-renewing subscriptions. The following terms apply to all subscription purchases.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription fees are charged in advance for each billing period (monthly, quarterly, or annual).
Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your Apple ID account will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can cancel your subscription at any time via iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Train. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
All purchases are made through the Apple App Store. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. Where required by applicable consumer law, statutory refund rights apply.
We may change subscription prices from time to time. Apple will notify you of any price changes before they take effect. Continued use of Train after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new price.
Train offers a free trial period for new subscribers.
New users may receive a free trial period as specified at the time of sign-up (currently 5 days). Full access to Train's features is available throughout the trial.
If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically begin and payment will be charged to your Apple ID. To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
Free trials are available to new subscribers only. Apple limits trials to one per Apple ID per app.
You can delete your Train account at any time from inside the app: Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account. The deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Your Train account, all logged workout sessions, all generated programs, and your stored profile data are permanently removed from the device. This action cannot be reversed.
Deleting your Train account does not cancel your App Store subscription. Subscriptions are managed by Apple and continue to renew until you cancel them via iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Train.
If you originally signed up using Sign in with Apple, deleting your Train account does not automatically revoke Train's access to your Apple ID. To fully revoke access, open iOS Settings, tap your name, then go to Sign in with Apple (older iOS: Password & Security → Apps Using Apple ID), select Train, and tap Stop Using Apple ID. This is optional — your Train account is already deleted — but it removes Train from the list of apps tied to your Apple ID.

Before beginning any exercise program — including the programs generated by Train — you should consult a qualified healthcare provider, particularly if any of the following apply to you:
have a heart condition or chest pain · experience dizziness or loss of consciousness · have a bone or joint problem that could be worsened by exercise · are currently taking medication for blood pressure or a heart condition · are pregnant or have recently given birth · have any other medical condition that may affect your ability to exercise safely.
This aligns with the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) guidelines widely used in fitness practice. If you answer "yes" to any of the above, seek medical clearance before using Train's workout programs.
Train asks about existing injuries during onboarding and flags exercises that may aggravate them. This is advisory only and does not constitute medical advice — you should use your own judgement and consult a healthcare professional regarding any exercise that may affect an existing condition.
Train is not a substitute for professional medical or fitness advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise program, particularly if you have a pre-existing medical condition or injury.
The training programs, recommendations, and content within Train are for general fitness and informational purposes only. They are not medical advice and should not be treated as such.
Physical exercise carries inherent risks including but not limited to muscle strains, joint injuries, and cardiovascular events. By using Train you acknowledge these risks and assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages arising from your use of the app's workout programs.
Train is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, about the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the app or its content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Train Coaching Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any statutory rights you have as a consumer under applicable law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable consumer law in your country provides otherwise.
